ABOUT PATRICK 
BRITTON

It took me over 20 years in the business world to realize the thing I have enjoyed in my career, more than any other is helping people and companies grow and realize their potential. Revenue, Profit, Strategy, and Growth are mere stops along the way.  In order to reach our potential, we must focus on these significant business milestones, but not lose track of our mission and our purpose. Growth and progress are critical factors in keeping the passion of owners and executives alive.

While my career has been focused on technology, communication and collaboration, the experience I have garnered over the years is universal. It can be applied to companies and organizations of all types. Process improvement, leadership development, and strategic planning are needs of most organizations, especially growing organizations. My job is to help companies like yours define and achieve your goals, and it is a job that I love.

Merriam Webster defines Potential as “existing in possibility: capable of development into actuality.”   We all have potential, but we all experience varying degrees of success in achieving that potential. This is true for individuals and for organizations. Few of us are able to realize our fullest potential on our own.  We have teachers, mentors, coaches, and colleagues who, intentionally or not, guide and support us in our growth and development.

I started Polaris because I have a passion for helping others.  I strive to be the teacher or mentor who helps people grow. My experience working in and on businesses of all sizes provides me the opportunity to help organizations and their leaders define and realize their potential.
